Experiencing the Kosmos

Greece - Summer 2000

Professor John Rose (Philosophy and Religion) and I taught a course titled "Experiencing the Kosmos - The Emergence of Order." While traveling through Athens, the island of Poros, the Peloponnesian Peninsula, Olympia, and Delphi among other locations, students investigated the migration of Greek thought (600 - 300 BC) from mythological to rational explanations of phenomena.
