Fifth Maryland Early Brass Festival

Cornett & Sackbutt Forum (open to the public): Members of the WC&SE will conduct a session for players of the cornett or sackbut.  Discussion topics will include divisions, 16th and 17th century intonation, playing from facsimiles, and articulation.  Participants will prepare several works to be performed at the evening concert; individual instruction will be provided by WC&SE members as necessary.
There is no charge for this event, however, performing participants must pre-register.
