The popularity of Finch's poetry collection may be indicated by the fact that it appears to have been reprinted four more times in 1713, and again in 1714.  Because the secret of the poems' authorship by a noble woman might readily have been acquired in London's small "World," that also may have added to the emerging interest in her work.
