Did Lady Mary Wroth Know and Respond to Sir Philip Sidney's Work?

        There is direct, indisputable linkage between "Pamphilia" and "Astrophil" by family history (consult Wroth scholars on how she grew up) and aesthetic parallelism.  To compare them head-to-head, just look at each collection's first sonnet, for instance.  The same would work for Wroth-Spenser.
