15v Buns M. Muster? Mustin?  Not in table of contents. Leaf pasted in along its right side. Recipe continues onto back. Dated "April 3rd/94." The recipe is written in pen but has a penciled-in addition in the second to last line that reads "put on a hot baking sheet," and appears to be in a different handwriting. The donor attribution and date are also in a different pen and appears to be a different handwriting. Some Google searching revealed that there was a Margaret Mustin living in Staffordshire at the time, but I hit a pay wall trying to investigate. Will look further.* LD
16r Buns Rebecca Perry Leaf pasted in on the upper left hand corner. Recipe continues to the other side. At first glace it appears to have a new title for a new recipe called "sultana & peels" centered at the top of the page, but it looks like the phrase "Sultanas & Peels" has instead been added in, using a caret, so the recipe reads "add currants [sultanas & peels] if you wish." Sultana refers to a type of raisin and the peels are probably candied. There is a small marking in the lower left hand corner of the reverse side, just before the donor's name, that looks like the letters "op" or "ap" (April?) and a squiggle. LD
16v n/a n/a LD

18r Bottled Fruit n/a Pasted in page on stationery from "Hem Heath, Stoke-upon-Trent." LD

19r Sauce* n/a No title on recipe, but table of contents reads "Sauce." LD
19v Egg & Tomatoe Entrée Mrs. [????] Not in table of contents but written directly onto page. Dated "Xmas 1920." I absolutely cannot make out the donor's name. I can't tell if that first letter is a J or an S (it's not an F, see the other capital F in the recipe) and whether the rest says usi, ursi, rusi, unsi, or what. If anyone has any insight, help out here. LD
