Provenance:  This indenture was purchased from a St. Petersberg, Florida rare book and manuscript dealer in the summer of 2009.  He says he bought it at auction in England, but will say nothing more about its origins, perhaps because he knows no more.  We may presume its auction sale could have occurred any time before August 1, 2009.
