The Writing Center welcomes new manager Phoebe Westwood and new database manager/webmaster Jessie Dixon. 

Returning tutors, make sure Michelle and Phoebe have your contact information so that they can get in touch with you.

3 reminders:

1.  Ask all tutees to fill out the exit survey/grid, especially the time and date.  (This information is used to justify our budget, as well as for research purposes, so consider it directly linked to your paycheck!)

2.  Check the messages on the voice mail when you come in, and email the tutor if someone makes an appointment during her shift.  Also be sure to check the bulletin board outside and refill it as necessary.

3.  Shut down the computer if you are the last person in the Center (10 p.m. during the week or 5:30 p.m. on Friday).
